Sachs Bridge

The Old Sachs Bridge .... ..

It is hard for me at this time to say what year the old Sachs Bridge was built. However, I can tell you this much, it was built prior to the Gettysburg engaugement in 1863. The old Sachs Bridge was used mainly by General Lee's troops during their retreat from Gettysburg. It is also said that there were a couple confederate soldiers hung from the rafters of the bridge after being found guilty of desertion. The bridge itself is said to be active with paranormal activity. I myself have noted several strange events on the bridge. A couple of years ago, due to ongoing vandalism of the bridge by local college kids, the bridge's operational hours where changed from unrestricted hours to a sunrise to sunset format. If caught out there now after dark by the local constable, you will receive a $75.00 ticket. Nice huh?
