NJGR EVP Theory (cont.)

My friends, the days of theorizing or speculating as to what an "EVP" is and how it is propagating within our environment are over. We can now scientifically prove through the integration of technology, that these sound waves or sound wave transmissions are present within our environment and are furthermore relative. Some have posed the question; Why are we not hearing these occurrences with our ears? Well, there is a fairly simplistic answer to this question. The human ear recognizes only a minute range of the frequency spectrum.  This has been proven through both the scientific and medical fields of study. The average human ear is greatly limited below the 50hz. range. Some have pondered as to why these "EVP" occurrences appear on audio recorders, and not by the human ear. Well this is a two part answer. The first part regarding the human ear, we have already answered. However, the second part regarding the audio recorder, well, we will now provide a logical answer to that question. The average audio recorder operates within a specific frequency range, as does the average cassette tape. The industry has developed a default or standardized  frequency specification for all tapes and recorders. This range of frequency is ( 20hz. through 20khz. ). Some recorders and external microphones differ slightly but usually differ by only ( 5hz. to 10hz. ). Be aware my friends and associates, the "EVP" is completely relative and is probably the most pure form of phenomenon. With this being our most recent finding, one must pose this question to ones self ; Is it safe for us as researchers to assume that these occurrences are paranormal in nature. As of this time, I stand firm on the theory of inconclusiveness. I have yet to see data which would display a true correlation between the two. However, I have my own beliefs to contend with and I shall not interject them into this study. To remain completely bias regarding the EVP phenomenon and truly believe that we must perform further testing before we find the true correlation. I do not assume that the correlation exists, I stand to prove that it does.

An "EVP" occurrence will usually display an essence of pertinent sentence structure, and in most occurrences often present themselves as a whisper or echo within the recording session. Occasionally, you may receive an "EVP" occurrence which comes through at a very high level of decibel, (40 - 50db.).  Even though this is a rare occurrence, it has been noted to occur.

The "New Jersey Ghost Research organization" has dedicated well over 2 years of research and conducted numerous experiments in an attempt to uncover the hidden variables which could scientifically explain the "EVP" phenomenon.  Even though there is much more work to be done regarding the "EVP" phenomenon, we feel that we are getting ever closer to understanding the phenomenon completely. As you can see in the above paragraphs, we have established a scientific theory which is supported by science and the laws of Physics. This devised theory could possibly be flawed in part, and only time and further research will tell. However, as of this time, I feel that this theory will soon be proven scientifically as relative by professional Scientists and Physicists. In the past, I have heard people discussing the essence of the "EVP" phenomenon, and in these discussions, numerous theory's have been formed in the hopes of explaining the phenomenon.  As I previously stated, this phenomenon has stumped all who has studied it's operation. All I can tell you as of this time friends is that the "EVP" phenomenon is the actual occurrence of a low frequency sound wave which is emanating from an undetermined point of origin.  If you are conducting an experiment in a semi controlled environment, you are fully capable of determining distance in the relation to that of the speed of sound. One theory which I have heard in the past spoke favorably of the possibility of the recorders nomenclature being manipulated by the spiritual entity. Well my friends, the theory's regarding this possibility can now be put out to pasture, for this is not what truly occurs in an "EVP" occurrence. More experiments and specialized equipment are currently being engineered to further study this phenomenon. If you would care to share your opinions regarding this theory, or would simply like to drop us a note, please feel free to E-Mail me expressing your thoughts. Please stay tuned for more information regarding this theory or any transpiring results which may develop in the near future.

Sincerely,
