What is the Client Support Program.... ..
The "Client Support Program", or " CSP" as we refer to it, has been devised from techniques which have been developed through the years. These techniques have been tested on a multitude of environmental variables and report thus far a 90% decrease in paranormal activity within a given household. Don't misunderstand me in the explanation of this technique, it is not a cleaning of the residence or anything of the sort, but merely the development of a common ground on which the structure of co-habitation can be created. That's right folks, co-habitation, the bringing about of an understanding between the involved parties, respecting each other and communicating the needs and desires that will again return a clients life to a desired state of calm and serenity.
These techniques are very simplistic in nature and are quite efficient. All of the programs techniques are tried and true to form and allow a client, and the clients family to increase the level of open communication, and at the same time, greatly decrease the levels of fear, anxiety, and tension within the home. All NJGR clients who are having difficulty in dealing with paranormal activity within their homes are offered access to the 24 hour, 7 day a week program. Thisl program is provided by NJGR certified Case Managers who are trained specifically to act as mediators during troubling times. Once a client is placed on the Client Support Program, the client receives either weekly or bi-weekly phone calls or visits from the Regional Case Manager. The Case Manager is there at all times to answer questions and provide support to the client and his or her family. The Case Manager ensures that all is well within the residence and that progress is being made within the residential environment. Clients will remain on the Client Support Program until they feel as if they have achieved an acceptable level of achievement or until such a time in which the client asks to be removed from the program. Thus far the "Client Support Program" has assisted a multitude of people in regaining a level of comfort within their homes. As I stated, this program works and works well.
As an update to our services, our clients can now access our services through our new voice server using the Ventrilo v.2.3 client program. Having a resource such as this can often ease any issues or concerns which arise and our voice server is up 24/7. You can get the Ventrilo Client Software "Here". The Log On link below will work when ventrilo has been loaded. The server name and IP have been posted below. The only items you will need to participate are a set of speakers/headphones and a microphone.
