Welcome to the Cashtown Cemetery.... ..
The Cashtown Cemetery was founded in the mid 1800's, and lies just outside of Cashtown, Pennsylvania, Adams County. The cemetery was already established and occupied at the time of the Gettysburg Battle in the year 1863, and the Confederate Army passed right by the cemetery on their way to the town of Gettysburg. The cemetery is well cared for by the current caretakers and has many old Civil War headstones and burial sites. The Cemetery encompasses well over 3+ acres of ground.
