Low Frequency technology has been a seldom discussed issue in society. However, (LF) sound waves have been researched behind the scenes by world governments for many years now. Unfortunately, the (LF) sound wave technology is being exploited and used for such dastardly deeds as weapons technology and mind control. It has been established that the "EVP" phenomenon occurs on the same (LF) sound waves.
